1. FABRIC PREPARATION: All natural and nylon fabrics needs to be pretreated with a coating for direct digital printing, allowing the fibres in the fabric to absorb the dye to achieve vibrant end colour.
2. PREPARING THE DESIGN FOR PRINTING: After coating, the fabric is ready to print. In terms of colour, what you draw or paint, print from a file, or view on screen will print differently on fabric. We colour-match the design to your specifications, providing tests on fabric for  you to approve.
3. PRINTING: For printing, we set up your design to the correct size and meterage, load your chosen base cloth, and print the design directly onto the prepared fabric.
4. STEAMING: Steaming allows the printed dyes to blossom and develop, and sets the dye into the fabric. This ensures your printed fabric is washable and colour-fast.
5. WASHING: The printed fabric is washed to remove the coating and any excess dye. Once this is done, it becomes a washable, colour-fast piece of cloth, ready to be made into an end product.
