Digital Printing is overall an environmentally friendlier process than most traditional printing methods. Compared to screen printing, for example, we do not need to engrave, strip or wash screens, which often requires large amounts of water and chemicals. Nor do we need to dispose of or store excess mixed inks, as the printer allocates only the ink needed for printing.

Our inks are biodegradable and water soluble. Minimal ink is needed to produce a print, and there is little wastage of ink or water in our printer’s cleaning  and printing processes. There are no fumes or chemicals released during printing, and minimal heat and noise produced.

We print only what is needed and do not keep or produce excess stock of fabric. Our system is print-to-order to avoid excess stock being produced. Our minimums are low, and clients order only what is required at any given time. Additional lengths can be re-ordered subsequently up to one year after the original order.
