1. INSTRUCTIONS: A cover letter/ email detailing your requirements is very helpful: What kind of design are you printing? What fabric would you like to use?  How much fabric do you need?  Do you have a deadline?

2. YOUR DESIGN: All designs are required in a digital format. If your image is a photograph, or computer-generated design, you can provide the file on disc or USB, or send it to us via www.yousendit.com. If your image is a drawing or an artwork on paper, you will need to have it scanned to create a digital file.
We prefer tiff files, in RGB mode, with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. If you are unsure how to save your file correctly, please read our “Saving your design” PDF.

3. COLOUR REFERENCE: To achieve the best results, we require colour reference to match your file to. This can be an accurate colour print out, Pantone colour references, fabric swatches or, in the case of hand drawn or painted artwork, the original artwork.

4. YOUR DETAILS: We will need your details for quoting, invoicing, delivery and our database -  your name, address, email and phone number.
