WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
We require a digital file of your artwork.  We also require visual colour reference that accurately represents the colours you wish to achieve. This can be: an accurate colour printout, Pantone colours, fabric swatches and, in the case of hand drawn or painted artwork, the original artwork.

WHAT FILE FORMAT DO I PROVIDE?
A high resolution tiff image (minimum 300dpi) in RGB mode, with image size no less than a regular photograph. RGB mode will give you the best colour results with our inks and printing system. See “SAVING YOUR DESIGN” – PDF.

CAN I PRINT ANY IMAGE?
We can print hand-painted or drawn artwork or illustrations, textile designs, photographs, and large scale works up to the width of the fabric you select.
We do not, however, print images from books, magazines or the web that are copyrighted to other artists, designers or photographers.
We only print artwork that belongs to you, and that you own the copyright to.

DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUMS?
Our minimum is 1m on all fabrics, apart from Nylon Lycra, which has a 10m minimum. We specialise in small runs from 6m up to 50m.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FABRIC?
We supply a large range of natural fibre fabrics and nylon, which are specifically prepared for digital printing. We do not accept client-supplied fabrics for natural-fibre and nylon printing. We also supply several polyester base cloths, but as these do not need pre-treatment, we can use your polyester, as long as it is PFP or PFGD, and in white or off white.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRINT SOME FABRIC?
Approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on our workload and how much you wish to print. In special cases, we may be able to turn something around quicker. NOTE: a faster than normal turn-around may incur an additional rush fee – please contact the studio to discuss options.

IS THE FABRIC WASHABLE/COLOUR-FAST?
We use industry standard dyes and tested fixation processes to give a fully washable, colour-fast and light-fast product.

HOW MANY COLOURS CAN I USE?
As there are no screens to engrave, you can use as many colours as you wish. This makes the process ideal for photographic work.

WHAT SIZE CAN I PRINT?
You can print up to the width of the fabric you choose, from 105cm to 150cm. Printable length is from 1m upwards for all qualities.
